Requirements

• 2-year CNC program certificate or diploma OR equivalent experience
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Analytical thinker and a great problem solver

• Ability to work well under supervision
• Ability to accept assistance with machine setup

Responsibilities

• Operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to create molds.
• Perform milling, turning, drilling, taping, de-burring, and inspection.
• Monitor tool inventory.
• Perform inspections for quality assurance.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance.
• Participate in the tooling selection for new techniques.
• Help implement new procedures, equipment, and tooling.
