About The Position

Cannonball Recruiting is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for multiple roles at production and job shop facilities in Pennsylvania. The roles span industries including aerospace, marine, medical device, and nuclear. Equipment may include Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Mazak, and other brands. Pay is $30–$40 per hour, with first- and second-shift schedules Monday through Friday and overtime availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Trade certificate or at least 2 years of experience operating CNC machines.
• Proficient math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, willing to help peers, and open to new ideas or ways of completing projects.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and multi-axis machines.
• Interpret blueprints, manuals, and GD&T symbols.
• Use math skills and knowledge of different types of metals in machining work.
• Take measurements and determine correctness using CMMs, micrometers, depth gauges, and related equipment.
• Follow good manufacturing and safety practices.
• Complete quality-control documentation and inspection sheets.
