Operate, adjust, and maintain CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, and/or Swiss) to produce precision components. This role involves reading technical drawings, selecting appropriate tooling, making machine adjustments, inspecting parts, and ensuring products meet specified quality and dimensional requirements.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of CNC machining experience or certificate in machining
Intermediate math skills (i.e. trigonometry, geometry, etc.).
Mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail.
Proficient reading, writing, oral communication and comprehension in English language.
Basic blueprint reading.
Basic inspection skills.
Basic understanding of GD&T.

Responsibilities

Operate, adjust, and maintain CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, and/or Swiss) to produce precision components.
Read technical drawings.
Select appropriate tooling.
Make machine adjustments.
Inspect parts.
Ensure products meet specified quality and dimensional requirements.
Ability to run multiple machines.
Ability to operate CMM.
Ability to machine tight tolerances.
Ability to work with multiple machine controls.
