Nice To Haves

1-3 years of experience working with CNC machines in a manufacturing, mechanical, or process industry.
Experience with CNC grinding equipment and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC grinding and manufacturing equipment.
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
Operate centerless grinders, cylindrical grinders, CNC tool grinders, cut-off machines, and precision measuring equipment.
Accurately enter quality, SPC, production, and other required data into company systems.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with major repairs as needed.
Meet established productivity, machine utilization, and cycle time goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
