Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Experience or training in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in operation of turning machine and machine tool programs.
  • Understanding of CNC Lathe and/or mill operation
  • Ability to use hand tools, precision measuring instruments, machining tools
  • Knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables
  • Excellent team skills; collaborative, open-minded, adaptable.
  • Motivation to self-advance and grow within the company.
  • Passion in delivering accuracy and quality as a priority

Responsibilities

  • Stay safe each and every day!
  • Operate CNC lathe and mill to produce quality machined products.
  • Read and understand blueprint drawings for specifications.
  • Clean machines, tooling and part, and maintain machines.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines.
  • Document, record, track your work.
  • Continuously learn and assist in developing new techniques for new products.
  • Self-inspect work as well as work coming into your process.
  • Communicate with team, leaders, and management.
  • Grow, learn, advance in skill and take on new duties.
