About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled CNC Machinist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. The role is responsible for operating CNC machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring parts are machined accurately and efficiently. Ideal candidates have strong technical abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Location: 1400 S. Livernois Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307. This is a full-time position reporting to the Production Manager.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with CNC machine operation and G-code.
• Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Certification or vocational training in CNC machining.
• Experience with milling, turning, or grinding machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
