About The Position

At Anatometal, we deeply value our team, offering comprehensive training and opportunities for leadership and skill development. We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines, reading blueprints, and making precise calculations. This position requires the ability to work independently and with a team, as well as the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and interpret drawings and data
• Must be able to measure parts using, but not exclusively, micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, gauges etc.
• Need to be able and willing to follow both written and verbal instruction
• Must have the ability to understand shop floor traveler sequences
• Ability to know when to seek help or guidance
• Ability to use an eye-loop &/or a microscope at 5x magnification
• Must be dexterous enough to handle small parts successfully
• Machining: 5 years (Required)

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Set up and adjust machine tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make necessary repairs.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.
