About The Position

The CNC Machinist will work within a machine shop environment, requiring expertise in programming, setting, and operating CNC Mills/Lathes. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and quality, and the ability to interpret production drawings and use precision measuring tools. Successful candidates are expected to be safety and quality conscious, consistent in attendance, self-motivated, eager to learn new skills and work with new technology, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and includes a progressive pay scale and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Working knowledge programming, setting, and operation of CNC Mills/Lathes
• Prior CNC machining experience
• Ability to read and interpret dimensions and understand production drawings
• Ability to measure production parts using precision measuring tools
• Safety and quality conscious
• Be consistent (attendance)
• Exhibit a good work ethic / self-motivated
• Have a fundamental willingness, desire, and capability to learn new skills
• Have an interest to work with new technology
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment
• Able to pass a pre-offer drug screen
