We are looking for a hands-on machinist who can independently handle CNC programming, setup, machining, inspection, troubleshooting, and general production support in a flexible manufacturing environment. This is not a button-pusher position.

Requirements

• Hands-on machinist
• Independently handle CNC programming
• Independently handle CNC setup
• Independently handle machining
• Independently handle inspection
• Independently handle troubleshooting
• General production support
• Experience with Haas VF-2
• Experience with Doosan Puma 200
• Experience with Victor V-Turn 36 Lathe
• Takes ownership of their work
• Thinks mechanically
• Wants to be a key part of a small manufacturing team

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Haas controls
• Experience with Fanuc-style controls
• Prototype or job-shop experience
• Fixture design/building

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Write and edit CNC programs
• Support medium-run and short-run production
• Build and modify fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Inspect machined components
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues
• Support fabrication and general production needs
• Work independently with minimal supervision
