The CNC Machinist is responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to support milling and drilling operations, as well as troubleshooting and repairing automation equipment. This role ensures that machining processes meet dimensional, quality, and efficiency requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure efficient and reliable production processes. They will also collaborate closely with the Quality Team to make program adjustments based on inspection data and contribute to continuous improvement of machining processes.
