About The Position

The CNC Machinist I operates and adjusts semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machine tools to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations where programs are provided, and setups are often made and maintained by others. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• 1 year of related experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings

Responsibilities

• Adjusts, checks out programming and operates semi-automatic or automatic CNC machines with minimum supervision
• Check parts to conformance to specifications
