In this role, you will operate advanced CNC and fabrication equipment, ensure product quality through precision inspection, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that drive efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding CNC programming, and operating precision machinery
  • Ability to maintain tight tolerance and ensure high-quality output
  • Competence in troubleshooting machine issues and adjusting settings for material variations
  • Ability to handle materials safely, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a factory environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • technical training or certifications in CNC operations are highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Configure CNC machines, primarily mills, for specific production tasks, ensuring proper tool installation and calibration
  • Load raw materials into machines safely and efficiently
  • Follow first piece inspection guidelines using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet specifications per the blue print.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct inspections to keep machines in optimal working condition
  • Follow strict safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe work environment
  • Work with other team members to meet production schedules and department goals.
