About The Position

This role involves operating CNC machinery, adhering to safety procedures, and performing various tasks related to production and maintenance. The position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A nightshift differential applies to hours worked past 4:30 pm.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
• Can read and understand metric and standard tape measures.
• Basic understanding of reading/interpreting blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a CNC Machinery training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow ADF safety procedures and practices.
• Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools.
• Read and understand metric and standard tape measures.
• Able to run basic IPS operations.
• Print and organize per the proper paperwork.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks for CNC equipment.
• Catch material imperfections in raw cutting material.
• Follow the order of material that their Foreman has posted.
• Log and track tooling used on each piece of equipment.
• Safely and efficiently run CNC equipment.
• Obtain ADF forklift certification.
