About The Position
This is a temp-to-full-time position for a CNC Machine Operator. The primary responsibilities include setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to machine parts according to process. The role requires the ability to use and operate CNC machining centers, perform setups, determine and change tools/wheels, read blueprints, and use various inspection equipment. Additionally, the operator will perform preventative maintenance, assist in troubleshooting and repairing machinery, and aid in writing standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- CNC Machine Operation Experience required
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be willing to submit to a national background check

Responsibilities
- Set-up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery
- Machine parts to process
- Use and operate CNC machining centers
- Perform setups on machining centers
- Determine when tools/wheels need to be changed and install new tools/wheels
- Read blueprints
- Use inspection equipment such as surface plate, height gages, indicators, micrometers, calipers, plug gauges, and CMM
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
- Aide in troubleshooting and repairing machinery
- Aide in writing standard operating procedures
