About The Position

The company is seeking a dependable, motivated entry-level CNC Machine Operator to join its manufacturing team on first shift. This hands-on role offers an opportunity to build a career in manufacturing and develop machining skills. Candidates must have a basic understanding of CNC lathes and mills. Previous hands-on machining experience is helpful, but extensive experience is not required; entry-level candidates who understand CNC machining fundamentals, are eager to learn, and have a strong work ethic will be considered. Full-time opportunities are available, and part-time scheduling may be available for students currently attending school. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of CNC lathes and mills.
• Understanding of fundamental CNC machining principles, such as machine operation, tooling, workholding, or machining processes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic technical information.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hands-on machining experience; extensive professional experience is not required.
• Manufacturing, machining, technical education, or vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC lathes, mills, and other manufacturing equipment as trained.
• Load materials and ensure machines are supplied as needed.
• Assist with machine setup and basic adjustments as directed.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.
• Follow work instructions, machining processes, and production specifications.
• Identify and report equipment issues, tool wear, or product defects.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
