At Rolls-Royce, we take pride in being a business that has played a pivotal role in shaping the modern world and remain dedicated to driving progress forward; powering, safeguarding, and connecting people across the globe. Joining Rolls-Royce means you will work on innovative, world-class engineering solutions, supported by a culture that values inclusion, creativity, and your ongoing professional development. This role involves operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) HELLER machining centers with Siemens 840 D Controllers according to instructions, routings, control plans, production requirements, plans and diagrams. The position requires selecting appropriate tools and materials, setting up and adjusting machines, and performing precision machining operations. You will also be responsible for checking precision measuring instruments, fine-tuning tools and equipment, optimizing CNC programs, observing machine operations, and stopping machines to remove finished work pieces or change tooling. Maintaining industrial machines within Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) specifications, complying with safety regulations, and maintaining clean work areas are also key responsibilities.
