A CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment to produce high-quality precision parts and components. This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mill and/or lathe machines by mounting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Load raw materials and tools into machines, adjusting settings as needed to meet customer requirements, and ensure quality and efficiency by following provided work instructions.
• Conduct quality control inspections during operation and on finished parts and components.
• Maintain detailed records of production and quality logs and report any issues (nonconformities) or discrepancies.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain optimal machine performance.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machine programming files to ensure accurate production.
