About The Position

Retail First Corp is a full-service, design-driven manufacturer of custom retail displays. The CNC Machine Operator sets up, operates, and maintains CNC machines to produce parts for custom displays that meet quality standards. The role works closely with the production team to deliver precise results on time and on budget.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a CNC Machine Operator, especially in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery, measuring tools, and blueprint interpretation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Nice To Haves

• CNC certification or training.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines for efficient production.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to maintain production accuracy.
• Conduct regular quality checks and adjust machine settings as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance to support equipment reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
