Requirements
- 1+ year of CNC machining or operator experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Interest in growing into higher-level machining roles
Nice To Haves
- CNC schooling, certificate, or technical training preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Swiss-style lathes (Citizen preferred)
- Load/unload parts and monitor machine performance
- Perform basic setups, offsets, and adjustments
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and comparators
- Read and follow blueprints and SOPs
- Document production and quality per ISO standards
