About The Position

CNC Machine Operator (Lathes & Mills) – Build Precision with Dynatect Are you a skilled machine operator who takes pride in precision work? At Dynatect, you’ll run CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components that power real-world applications—all while enjoying a flexible schedule that fits your life. Why Join Dynatect? We believe great work starts with balance and flexibility: Choose a 4 x 10 schedule (4 days Monday- Thursday, 10 hours each), OR Work a 4 x 9 + 4-hour shift schedule (4 days Monday- Thursday, 9 hours each & 4 hours on Friday) Pick your preferred start time (4:30 am, 5:00 am, 5:30 am, 6:00 am, 6:30 am, 6:30 am) What You’ll Do: Operate and monitor CNC lathes and milling machines Set up jobs, load materials, and adjust tooling as needed Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications What We’re Looking For: Experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented What You’ll Get: Competitive pay based on experience Benefits starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance A clean and safety-focused shop Opportunities to grow your machining skills and advance your career At Dynatect, your precision and expertise make a real impact.
