ECHO Incorporated is looking for a 2nd Shift CNC Machine Operator II. This role supports production operations in the CNC Department under the guidance of the CNC Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Exposure to CNC machines or machine operation (school or work)
• Experience using basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges)
• Familiarity with production or assembly line work

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and semi-automated equipment following training and safety guidelines
• Load raw aluminum castings into machining fixtures and remove finished parts
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Read and interpret basic 2D drawings and blueprints (training provided)
• Assemble, clean, and maintain machine components as needed
• Package completed parts to prevent damage during storage or transport
• Follow written and verbal instructions to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in alignment with 5S standards
