About The Position

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. This internship involves assisting in the preventative maintenance and simple repairs of all company-owned machine tools, assembly equipment, and Graco-owned manufacturing assets. Interns will also help with simple testing and repair in hydraulics, mechanical elements, electrical, and electronics, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate maintenance records. The role emphasizes meeting operational requirements, minimizing waste, and maintaining a productive work environment while adhering to safety guidelines and using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

Assist in performing preventative maintenance and simple repairs of all company-owned machine tools, assembly equipment, and Graco-owned manufacturing assets.
Assist in performing simple testing and repair in the area of hydraulics, mechanical elements, electrical, and electronics.
Assist in troubleshoot issues to determine the course of action.
Assist in keeping accurate maintenance records.
Assist in meeting operational requirements and expectations for accuracy of work, while minimizing waste by caring for product, equipment, and facilities.
Maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
Follow all required safety guidelines and utilize the proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other duties as assigned.
