About The Position
We are seeking an entry level CNC Machine Helpers to join our manufacturing team. This is a fantastic temp to hire opportunity with a growing company!
Requirements
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines preferred
- Ability to assemble tooling and components accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure product standards are met consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Feeding rods into a CNC Machine to be cut to specific lengths.
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
