CNC Machine Operator
About The Position
Skillforce is seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to run Trumpf and Mazak fiber lasers, press brake, CNC turret punch, plasma, and MultiCam router in Henrico, VA. This role operates on a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a 3-day weekend every week. The operator will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining CNC machines, writing operating instructions from CAD/CAM, setting and calibrating tooling, inspecting parts, and performing daily preventive maintenance on equipment. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, use a tape measure, and distinguish between sheet metal and structural materials. A pre-employment background check, drug screen, valid US driver's license, and reliable transportation are required.
Requirements
- Read blueprints, work from a tape measure, and know sheet metal vs structural materials
