About The Position

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in producing tight tolerance products using CNC Lathes, specifically Mazak Quick Turn 250, 350 & 450 and Integrex 100ST/200ST. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly wages and opportunities for overtime.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in producing tight tolerance products.
• Experience with Mazatrol & Top Solid programming.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers.

Nice To Haves

• "G" Code programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate CNC Lathes (Mazak Quick Turn 250, 350 & 450 and Integrex 100ST/200ST).
• Programming experience with Mazatrol & Top Solid (“G” Code a PLUS).
• Ability to test run to verify machine will produce outputs according to programmed specifications.
• Set-up machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large lot sizes.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with print requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
• Prepare and load raw materials/parts onto the machines.
• Make necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers.
