About The Position

Accessible Technologies, Inc., manufacturer of the ProCharger® performance brand, is hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to support its expanding production team. The position is on-site in a clean, climate-controlled machine shop with modern equipment and leadership support. The machinist works on high-performance automotive components and collaborates with senior machinists, programmers, engineering, and quality teams.

This is a full-time, hourly position on second shift, Monday through Thursday, from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends, may be required when production demands it. Compensation is hourly and based on experience. The posting lists a full benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Requirements

• CNC lathe experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of CNC Lathe Machinist experience.
• Mastercam programming experience.
• Experience in automotive or performance manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC lathe machines.
• Perform part setups, tool changes, and in-process inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances.
• Collaborate with senior machinists, programmers, engineering, and quality.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts to resolve issues quickly.
• Maximize efficiency through proper setups and smooth transitions.
• Meet production rates, schedules, and quality standards.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
