About The Position
Skilled Manufacturing Assignment to Hire Lathe Set-Up Operator Position – Lathe Set-Up Operator Job Location – Hartford, WI Starting Date – Immediate Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire Employment Type – Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm) Starting Pay – Depends on Experience Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Experience – 3+ years Set-Up experience is required As a Lathe Set-Up Operator you will perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures on CNC machining equipment.
Requirements
- 3+ years set-up experience.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
Nice To Haves
- CNC programming experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Setup and operate CNC machining equipment.
- Perform some machine alignment procedures and machine zero home procedures to keep equipment at peak operating performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine problems.
