Requirements

High school diploma
Strong math skills and the ability to work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications to perform operations to the capacity of the machine and controls

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of metric blueprints along with GD&T preferred
Mazatrol conversational programming knowledge
3 to 5 years of CNC machining operation setup and programming experience preferred
Knowledge of 2- and 3-axis Mazak Quick Turns, DMG Mori Lathes, and Bar Feeders is preferred
Experience performing multiple setups per day and running different grades of material

Responsibilities

Moving from one machine to another as needed when workload shifts.
Performing a series of complex machine operations, including setup and programming to meet precise tolerances and finishing requirements.
Reading and editing G & M code.
Performing first piece and in-process quality inspections.
Running different grades of material.
Performing multiple setups a day.
