About The Position

We are a metal stamping facility looking for production team members for our CNC Laser on 1st and 3rd shift. This role involves the startup, operation, and shutdown of a CNC fiber laser machine, selecting appropriate nozzles, loading programs, and setting machine parameters. The operator will perform quality checks, follow work instructions, and communicate any machine or quality issues to support personnel. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and some advanced math skills required.
• Using hand tools and machines proficiently.
• Measuring, cutting, or working on items with great accuracy.
• Excitement to learn a new skill

• Self-starter
• Strong work record in safety, quality, and dependability.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.

• High school diploma or GED equivalency is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Startup, operation, and shutdown of CNC fiber laser machine.

• Load programs and set machine parameters to achieve best performance.
• Perform first, last and periodical checks on parts and complete associated quality documents.
• Follow routers, schedules and work instructions.
• Communicate machine/quality issues to maintenance and quality to support personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
