About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for day and night shifts at its 60-bed Gladwin Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Gladwin, Michigan. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. CNAs provide individualized resident care in accordance with approved Care Plans, support residents’ daily activities and safety, and help deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a team-focused environment.

Requirements

• Hold a current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA).
• Complete a CNA/STNA course and be state licensed.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate a service mentality and a willingness to learn.
• Be positive, dependable, and team-focused.
• Maintain excellent attendance and commitment to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with residents’ daily activities, safety, and personal care.
• Understand and practice infection control procedures.
• Follow documentation and record-keeping policies, including recording vital signs.
• Immediately report violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
