Press Brake Operator - Day and Night Shifts Available
About The Position
Weisgram Metal Fab (WMF), a family-owned metal manufacturing company founded in 1982 and located in West Fargo, North Dakota, uses advanced technology and equipment to produce parts and components for the agricultural, construction, and transportation industries. Its specialties include tube, plate, and structural material laser cutting; metal fabrication and forming; production and robotic welding; CNC machining; powder coat painting; and press brake work. The Press Brake Operator programs, sets up, and operates CNC press brake equipment ranging from 40 to 400 tons. The role includes routine part inspections to ensure quality and safe operation of equipment at all times. Day and night shift positions are available. Day shift runs 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with Friday hours potentially varying. Night shift runs 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday and 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Fridays; hours may vary. Night shift positions include an additional $3.50 per hour pay incentive. Overtime is likely depending on customer demand.
Requirements
- Two years of CNC press brake experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints in standard and metric units.
- Computer literacy.
