Restaurant Crew Member, Day and Night Shifts Available!
About The Position
Gold Star is hiring part-time and full-time restaurant crew members at locations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Available team member positions include Servers, Guest Service Representatives, Steam Table Cooks, Drive Through Attendants, and Food Prep. Pay is $11–$13 per hour, plus benefits. Prior restaurant experience is welcome but not required; newcomers can learn on the job. Gold Star describes its workplace as upbeat and positive, with a team culture that emphasizes inclusion, support, and treating customers and colleagues like family. The hiring process includes an online or in-store application, an onsite interview with a Store Manager, an offer, onboarding, and training and orientation. After an offer is accepted, the Store Manager communicates the schedule, explains new-hire paperwork, and reviews the training plan.
