CNA - PT - 3rd shift
About The Position
Moosehaven is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. This part-time position is for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) in the Skilled Unit, requiring 16 hours per week. The role involves providing compassionate, direct resident care, including performing care-related procedures, assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and weighing residents, all in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders. Moosehaven is a long-standing retirement community with a commitment to its residents and the local community, offering a beautiful campus environment.
Requirements
- Valid CNA License
- CPR / BLS certificate (online certification not accepted)
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, direct resident care.
- Perform all care-related procedures.
- Carry out assignments per resident care plan and physician orders.
- Take vital signs.
- Weigh residents.
- Assist in obtaining specimens from residents.
- Help in bathing and dressing residents.
- Perform other care-related responsibilities as directed by the charge nurse.
