About The Position

Green Country Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join their dedicated nursing team. This role focuses on providing person-centered care to seniors in an uplifting community environment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Current Oklahoma certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, and documents.
Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
Ability to display a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude to the public, residents, and employees at all times.
Ability to stand/walk for up to 100% of the work day.
Ability to assist in bathing and dressing of residents with disabilities.
Must be able to access and navigate the full campus.
Ability to independently push a wheelchair with a resident weighing up to 200 pounds.
Ability to independently lift, balance, and carry up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Senior Living preferred.

Responsibilities

Providing personal and non-personal care assistance to residents according to their personal plan of care.
Assisting residents to maintain their living conditions safely and appropriately.
Promoting resident independence with daily activities while providing necessary assistance.
Keeping the Charge Nurse, Nursing Coordinator, and Assisted Living Director informed of resident status.
Assisting with meal service, including table setup, serving, bedside assistance, apartment deliveries, beverage service, and dining room cleaning.
Recording accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other required documentation.
Adhering to Hospitality Promises, which include greeting warmly, treating with respect, anticipating needs, responding enthusiastically, holding accountable, embracing differences, making others feel important, asking "Is there anything else I can do for you?", and maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
