About The Position

Green Country Village Senior Living is seeking compassionate PT Certified Nurse Aides to join their dedicated nursing team. This role involves providing person-centered care to seniors in a vibrant and uplifting community located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The community offers an all-inclusive lifestyle, superior hospitality, and a beautiful 26-acre campus. The position focuses on enhancing the lives of seniors and supporting company progress.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Current Oklahoma certification as Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, documents, etc.
Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
Ability to display a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude to the public, residents, and employees at all times.
Passionate about serving Seniors.
Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work as a cohesive team member.
Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with ability to balance resident care in a person-centered approach.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Safety focus to ensure safe environment for residents and guests.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Senior Living preferred.

Responsibilities

Providing personal and non-personal care assistance to residents when there is a need and following each resident’s personal plan of care.
Assisting residents to maintain current living conditions safely and appropriately.
Promoting independence with daily activities while giving assistance to each resident.
Keeping Charge Nurse, Nursing Coordinator, and Assisted Living Director informed of the status of each resident.
Assisting with meal service including table set-up, serving, tableside assistance, apartment deliveries, beverage service, and dining room cleaning.
Recording accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other documentation as required and/or assigned.
Adhering to Hospitality Promises, which include greeting warmly, treating with respect, anticipating needs, responding enthusiastically and timely, holding accountable, embracing differences, making others feel important, asking "Is there anything else I can do for you?", maintaining professionalism, and paying attention to details.
