About The Position

This is a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position in the Village Care Center’s Full-Time Float Pool. The role provides staffing flexibility across the care center, and associates must work wherever assigned. Shift availability is primarily days, with shifts available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Associates must work a minimum of 30 hours per week (60 hours per pay period), including at least one weekend shift per pay period. Weekend shifts are defined as beginning Friday at 7 a.m. and ending Monday at 7 a.m. Associates are also scheduled for at least three of six designated holidays per calendar year, according to an assigned rotation. They must submit preferred work shifts for the upcoming month to the Staffing Office by the first day of that month. Additional hours are usually available upon request. Failure to meet the Float Pool requirements may jeopardize pool status and result in separation of employment. Guidelines, benefits, and pay are subject to change.

Requirements

Must be a full-time associate in the Village Care Center Full-Time Float Pool.
Must meet the minimum work requirement of 30 hours per week (60 hours per pay period).
Must work at least one weekend shift per pay period and at least three designated holidays per calendar year.
Must provide preferred work shifts to the Staffing Office by the first day of each month.
Must work where assigned throughout the care center.
Post-offer background check and health screening required.
