About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality, customer-service-oriented care focused on patients’ comfort and well-being, while supporting their families. This role floats to all areas of the hospital, including the Emergency Department, behavioral health, and medical floors, and is cross-trained to support lift team transport. The CNA works with patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds and helps create a safe, supportive care environment.

Requirements

• Current Washington State CNA license.
• Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a physician’s office or other medical facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage basic patient care activities while delivering customer-service-oriented care.
• Support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care that promotes patients’ autonomy, dignity, and health.
• Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
• Float to hospital areas including the Emergency Department, behavioral health, and medical floors.
• Support lift team transport as a cross-trained team member.
