About The Position
A Gentle Touch Home Care is hiring part-time, PRN CNAs for homecare shifts. Employees can create their own schedules and pick up shifts daily, weekly, or monthly according to their availability. The role involves supporting clients, especially elderly people, with personal care, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and exercises to help maintain their functioning. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Should be energetic and have a strong love of caring for others, especially elderly people.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with grooming and bathing.
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Assist with toileting and incontinence care.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping after personal care tasks.
- Support range-of-motion and muscle-strengthening exercises to help maintain clients’ optimal level of functioning.
