About The Position

HumanGood is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide person-directed care to residents. The CNA develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and helps them maximize independence and participation. The role includes providing exemplary care, from meeting basic needs and assisting with activities of daily living to supporting recreational activities, while maintaining a safe environment for resident care. The available schedule is 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

• CA Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
• Assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation.
• Provide care ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living and recreational activities.
• Create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
