About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring a CNA/STNA at its 39-bed Plainwell Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Plainwell, Michigan. The employee-owned facility offers a smaller, close-knit, team-focused environment where caregivers can build relationships with residents and contribute to their care. The role is available full-time or part-time, with openings across all shifts. Full-time schedules are available on first, second, and third shifts; first- and second-shift schedules include every other weekend. Shifts are eight hours, and the position offers an additional $3.40 per hour in HERO Pay. The CNA provides hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans, supports residents with daily activities and personal needs, and helps maintain their mobility and safety. The role also includes following infection-control procedures, taking and documenting vital signs and other required charting, and immediately reporting concerns or violations of residents’ rights.

Requirements

Active CNA/STNA certification.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans.
Assist residents with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety.
Follow infection-control procedures and maintain a safe environment.
Take and document vital signs and complete required charting.
Immediately report concerns or violations of residents’ rights.
