About The Position

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The full-time schedule is 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The posting also mentions part-time and per-diem opportunities across all shifts.

Requirements

• A valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license is required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to help ensure residents receive exceptional, meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
