About The Position
Mason Wright Senior Living is seeking compassionate, dependable CNA's and HHA's to provide hands-on care and support to our residents. We have openings for various shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with different hour options and weekend requirements. This is an opportunity to make a difference every day in the lives of the residents we serve.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts CNA license or HHA certificate required
- Experience working with older adults
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Flexible with scheduling
Nice To Haves
- Dementia experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking skills a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Provide medication reminders under nursing supervision
- Complete required documentation and assist with daily resident needs
- Work as part of a collaborative Health & Wellness team
