Requirements

Current CNA certification in [State Name].
A caring, patient, and respectful approach to working with clients of all ages.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
Reliability, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) — including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
Support mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided.
Follow each client’s personalized care plan with attention and empathy.
