About The Position
Rocky Mountain Care is seeking a compassionate CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to bring comfort, dignity, and independence to individuals in their homes or care settings. Requirements
- Current CNA certification in [State Name].

- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to client locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) — including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
- Support mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
- Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided.
- Follow each client’s personalized care plan with attention and empathy.
