CNA - Home Health and Hospice - Full Time
About The Position
We are currently hiring for a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work weekdays, with schedule options of Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm. This position involves traveling to see numerous patients daily in their home environments throughout the Central & Southern towns of Fairfield County, including Ridgefield, Wilton, Weston, Norwalk, Stamford, and Greenwich. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting professional nursing and other healthcare professionals by providing personalized care, assisting with health-related tasks, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for individuals who are sick or disabled at home.
Requirements
- Hold an active and valid CNA certification through the state of CT
- Successfully completed the competency evaluation required by licensure regulations for Home Health Agencies
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have access to a reliable vehicle with insurance coverage
- Possess exceptional care skills
- Submit to a pre-employment physical/drug screen and background check, which may include fingerprinting, verification of employment, paraprofessional certifications, designations or licenses, and educational background
