About The Position
Moosehaven is hiring CNAs to join their team. They have a part-time, 1st shift position available in their Skilled Unit, requiring every other weekend work. The role involves delivering compassionate, direct resident care, performing care-related procedures, carrying out assignments per resident care plan and physician orders, taking vital signs, weighing residents, assisting with specimens, and helping with bathing and dressing. Moosehaven is a 67-acre resort-style retirement community located on the St. John's River in Orange Park, Florida, with a long history of caring for seniors.
Requirements
- Valid CNA License
- CPR / BLS certificate (online certification not accepted)
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, direct resident care.
- Perform all care-related procedures.
- Carry out assignments per resident care plan and physician orders.
- Take vital signs.
- Weigh residents.
- Assist in obtaining specimens from residents.
- Assist in bathing and dressing residents.
