About The Position

Always Best Care is hiring caregivers to provide care and support to seniors and their families who are working to maintain independence. This role serves the Hoover area. Candidates must be available to work from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and/or from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Sundays.

Requirements

At least three years of professional healthcare experience, such as in assisted living, a nursing home, or a hospital.
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Patient Care Aid, or Patient Care Technician.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be willing to perform light housekeeping.
Must be patient.
Must be comfortable with transfers and hands-on care.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be available to work 4:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. during the week and Saturday, and/or 7:00 a.m.–10:30 p.m. on Sundays.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care and assist with transfers.
Perform light housekeeping.
Provide patient, compassionate support to seniors and their families.
