About The Position
Benedictine Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA-NAR) provide high-quality, compassionate direct care to residents. They help ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and have choices in their lives. The role includes reporting changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN and charting in the POC system. CNAs are expected to manage their time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Hold BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Manage time and prioritize tasks.
