About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-NAR) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. The CNA works on the front lines of resident care, treating residents with dignity and respect and supporting their choices. The role includes providing direct resident care, reporting condition changes to an RN or LPN, and charting in the POC system. The CNA is expected to demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
