About The Position

Join Our 3rd Shift CNA Earn & Learn Team! Our 4-week Earn & Learn Program provides paid training Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) to prepare you for success as a CNA. After completing the program, you'll transition directly into a 3rd shift role, with schedules available from 7P–7AM or 11PM–7AM. Looking for a career where you can truly make a difference while getting paid to learn? Our 3rd Shift CNA Earn & Learn Program is the perfect place to start. As part of our overnight team, you'll be there for residents when they need comfort, reassurance, and compassionate care the most. While you complete your paid CNA training, you'll work alongside experienced caregivers who are committed to helping you learn, grow, and succeed every step of the way. No experience? That's okay. Responsibilities

Provide comfort, reassurance, and compassionate care to residents during overnight shifts.
Work alongside experienced caregivers to learn and grow in the role of a CNA.
Transition into a 3rd shift CNA role after completing the paid training program.
